Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of Bellagio Poker's services, including its website, mobile app, and live poker room at the Bellagio Poker.

1. Acceptance

   By accessing or using any part of Bellagio Poker's services, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Definitions

   For the purposes of this Agreement:

   • "Bellagio Poker" means Bellagio Poker, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International;
   • "Bellagio Poker Room" refers to the live poker offering at the Bellagio Poker; and
   • "Services" includes Bellagio Poker's website, mobile app, and the Bellagio Poker Room.

3. Age Restriction

   You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services or participate in gaming activities.

4. Gaming Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions outlined below apply exclusively to individuals playing poker or other games offered by Bellagio Poker:

* All rules, variations, and betting limits are subject to change without notice;* All decisions made by the dealers, floor staff, and management of Bellagio Poker shall be final and binding on all players; and* No disputes arising from gaming activities will be heard.

5. Responsibility for Conduct

You agree:

• To conduct yourself in a respectful manner towards other patrons, employees, and staff at the Bellagio Resort & Casino;
• Not to engage in any form of cheating or attempt to cheat in gaming activities; and
• Not to harass or intimidate other patrons.

6. Gaming Bans

Bellagio Poker reserves the right to deny service, suspend, or permanently ban any individual for violating these terms and conditions. Bellagio Poker may further restrict access by enforcing internal policies and procedures at its discretion.

7. Data Protection

Bellagio Poker is committed to maintaining confidentiality in relation to personal data provided during registration or subsequently obtained through gaming activities. Your information shall not be sold or used without your consent, unless it is required for compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

8. Termination

   Bellagio Poker may suspend or terminate its services at any time and from time to time without prior notice.

9. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Bellagio Poker shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence), pre-contractual statement or otherwise;
• For any consequential loss arising from breach of this Agreement; and
• In respect of any indirect losses suffered.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Nevada and federal law applicable thereto. The parties submit to jurisdiction in, and venue may be laid in Las Vegas, State of Nevada for resolution of disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.11. Change

Bellagio Poker reserves the right to make any changes it sees fit to these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

12. Waiver

Failure by Bellagio Poker to enforce any rights hereunder shall not be considered a waiver of such rights, nor shall any delay on our part in exercising them affect any subsequent exercise thereof.
